Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Explo’s $12 million Series A round.

Explo provides a powerful embedded analytics solution, enabling companies to securely share customizable product analytics, project reports, and KPIs with each of their end-users all while seamlessly matching the product’s design.

The round was led by Craft Ventures, and included investments from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Amplo VC and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Gaurav Mathur, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee, Mike Perez, Chris Rosene and Michael Levin.
