Silicon Legal represented Munich Re Ventures as they led Amplify’s $10 million round.

Amplify Life Insurance’s low-cost wealth-building life insurance products help consumers build tax-efficient wealth through their life insurance policies.

The round was led by Munich Re Ventures, with participation from Crosslink Capital, Greycroft and Conversion Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Ryan Southerland, Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Kevin Morrissey, Larry Suh, Jon Loebl, Vishal Ganesan and Michael Levin.
