Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined DataGrail’s $45 million Series C round.

DataGrail’s platform eliminates complicated, manual and time-consuming processes associated with emerging privacy laws.

The round was led by Third Point Ventures, and in addition to Felicis, included participation from Thomson Reuters Ventures, Sixty Degree Capital, Operator Collective, Next47, Cloud Apps Capital and others.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Gaurav Mathur, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee, Mike Perez, Chris Rosene, Michael Levin and Ben Toussant.
